Welcome to BabaExpress! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our logistics aggregator services. By registering or using our platform, you agree to abide by these Terms.

  1. Services Offered

BabaExpress provides a centralized shipping platform for businesses and sellers to manage domestic, B2C, and B2B shipments through multiple courier partners across India. We also offer value-added services like First Mile Pickup, order tracking, and COD remittance.

  1. Eligibility
  • You must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to do business in India.
  • You must provide accurate business, contact, and address details while signing up.
  1. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
  • Ensure your shipment contents are legal, safe, and properly packaged.
  • Pay any applicable shipping charges, taxes, or service fees.
  • Refrain from sharing your login credentials or abusing the system.
  • Respond to any dispute or return-related queries in a timely manner.
  1. Prohibited Items

You may not ship items prohibited by law or by courier partners, including but not limited to:

  • Liquids, explosives, weapons
  • Drugs, tobacco, or perishable items
  • Currency, valuables, or hazardous materials

Please check with our support if you’re unsure about any item.

  1. Shipping, Delivery & Delays
  • Shipments are carried out via partnered logistics providers.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on pin codes, couriers, and regional conditions.
  • BabaExpress is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, weather, or regulatory checks.
  • First Mile Pickup is offered based on availability and location.
  1. Payment & Remittance
  • COD payments (Cash on Delivery) are remitted based on the schedule shared in the seller dashboard.
  • Bank details must be valid and up-to-date for successful remittance.
  • Payment gateway charges, if any, will be communicated in advance.
  1. Commission & Affiliate Program
  • Affiliates/sellers assigning new users to BabaExpress may qualify for a commission.
  • Commission percentages can be set per seller, and are viewable in the affiliate dashboard.
  • All commissions are subject to internal approval and fraud checks.
  1. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies
  • Withhold remittance in cases of fraud or fake orders
  • Take legal action in case of misuse, false claims, or chargebacks
  1. Limitation of Liability

BabaExpress shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • Damage or loss of packages caused by courier partners
  • Unauthorized access to your data due to negligence on your part
  1. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, and platform designs are the property of BabaExpress or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use them without permission.

  1. Privacy Policy

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand how we handle your data.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.
